The Three Pigs

I used the children as the characters of the story. At the end we agreed that we are to care and share and help each other. There is a lesson to be taught in everything that we teach, even nursery rhyme. We even included the ginger bread man in our story. the children were allowed to create their own version of the story, and parents and other teachers loved watching them. There were various questions of what if and why can't we do this, does the wolf have to be a bad wolf? The children had to communicate the issues and concerns they had throughout the story. It is very interesting watching children re-enact the story.
